Why is it that everyone includes a bonus track on Japanese editions???

I know not everyone does it but it happens alot. Why is that???

its a rumor but i heart it some day.......
the original jap-cds are more expencive .so to get the people to buy the original-cds they get a bonus-track so they dont buy import-cds.
i dont know its true but its sound logical

Yes, but sometimes it's a shame that we can't enjoy this songs. Like in Guns n' Roses - Live Era, japaneses have Coma played live. Or Is there love in the Space, with Dog crown with earrings.
Sometimes japanese versions have songs that annoy, like Crystal Planet that (I think) has The Extremist (live) at the end.

The Japanese are masters when it comes to packaging their products....so much so that us Americans would rather spend more money to have those than scrape and starve just to purchase an American packaged music CD. Japanese sound quality is also superior to ours as well. The music industry wonders why people want to download, it's because the industry is "profit" driven not "music fan" driven. This is the same reason I won't go to Baseball games anymore.....it used to be about the fans, the people who kept you working, now.....it's just a bunch of people who think their families should be sitting on gold toilets while you try and wait in line for a dirty stall at the stadium. Capitalism sucks!!!!
