Jeff Lynne - Excellent singer, great writer.

Freddie Mercury, the legend.

then there are so many great singers: many of them listed already here. Jon Bon Jovi is also a great singer, especially in their 90s work. Richie Sambora is a highly underestimated singer; listen to his solo work Stranger In This Town, just awesome!
