I know how you feel, it's probably gonna cost me more to get a train than the cost of a concert ticket!

Satch Boogie - March 9, 2006 10:21 PM (GMT)
Excellent news. Will be going to the Birmingham show, if all goes well :)
Anyone know who's supporting?

I've just ordered tickets for the Manchester Apollo. Can't wait :D. Does anyone know if Eric Johnson will be supporting him for the UK leg? For some reason I can't see it hapenning but I'd be stoked if it was the case :D.

Satch Boogie - March 10, 2006 11:39 PM (GMT)
 I have my tickets for the Birmingham Show. Can't wait :smoke2:

Sibanez - March 11, 2006 12:36 AM (GMT)
As far as I know EJ isn't supporting Joe on the UK leg. I'm disappointed but also rather glad. Joe having new material means even less chance of hearing personal favourites - it's obviously even harder to compile a setlist which pleases everybody, With a performer like Eric out of respect and friendship I'm sure Joe would give Eric about an hour to play leaving Joe with even less time to play - meaning less chance of hearing my favs!

Where can I find the best tickets for the UK Tour? The only ones I can find are tickets somewhere at the back :(

The only place I can find front row tickets are on ... ebay :S

I went on the Birmingham Symphony Hall website and brought my tickets there. I'm on row J in the front stalls

Have you tried Ticketmaster ?

joemeansgod - March 11, 2006 01:30 PM (GMT)
haha, I am gonna let my friends book the tickets for Birmingham show. Hope to see u there, Satch Boogie.

zenmonkey - March 11, 2006 04:13 PM (GMT)
go to the websites of the venues and you'll get the best seats there, the wholesalers only ever get the worst seats I've found

From webmaster satriani.com T2J...

looks like those uk tour dates got leaked out before they were supposed to (as i warned sometimes happens). they are confirmed dates and i'm waiting for further clarification as to whether there will be premium tickets for those shows and who (if anyone) is opening.

Hi

Got my ticket for CARDIFF FRONT ROW !!

Cheers
Graham

zenmonkey - March 11, 2006 09:34 PM (GMT)
my understanding is that the platinum packages guarantee a front row seat. the fact that some of us have got front row seats makes me think there aren't gonna be any over here, or am I reading too much into this?

Sibanez - March 11, 2006 09:37 PM (GMT)
Zenmonkey I got the impression that they wouldn't be doing platinum over here too. Lame indeed. In one of those rehearsal pics somebody is video taping Joe, is this routine or is there tasty footage on the horizon?

True...
The 'provider' of those packages only supports US.
Do the test yourself, try to buy a package and then click on 'suport' below.

Then check on the providers webby for events, and a map of the us will show up.

Lord Iffy Boatrace - March 14, 2006 03:50 PM (GMT)
ordered mine for Glasgow! front section here i come

FenixBG - March 14, 2006 07:15 PM (GMT)
Really strange
On the site says that on the 6th of July he`ll play in France. That`s odd if he is going to play in Bulgaria on 8th of July. I doubt that he will not go through Germany (and I really hope he does play in GER)

I read on the official site that they are 'looking into the possibility' of doing platinum packages in the UK, but as almost all of the front section tix for glasgow have now been sold I can only assume they'll be doing aftershow giveaways instead. Yeah, it is a shame, I was gonna get one too...

Hey,

I know it was almost two years ago now, but has anyone still got the link for the "Meet & Greet" pics from Hammersmith Apollo on the 20th June 2006??
I was there, but I need another copy of my photo. The original is all nicely framed on my wall :)

Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Ben
