I discovered instrumental guitar music right around the time the anthology album came out, and I haven't seen Joe come through Houston on a solo tour since I started listening. He did come by as the opening act for Deep Purple, but I didn't want to pay all that money just to watch the opener... although looking back I wish I had gone.

It’s amazing to me that its only been a couple of years since I first heard instrumental guitar music, because since then its been all I listen to, and in that time I’ve bought hundreds of instrumental guitar albums, been to lots of shows, and met some great guitarists.

I've got mine for Toronto. They will be similar to other experiences though. Joe is easily accessible after the Toronto shows thanks to the venue he plays at. I've been lucky enough to chat with him a few times! :-)

I've got one as well for TO. I can't even think of what to ask him that he hasn't heard a million times...How is he accessable at Massey after the show? Do you just wait at the artist exit? I'd be happy enough with meeting him before the show with the Package and all the perks, but to meet him after as well would be awesome! Where are you sitting, bud?

I'm going to see Joe at the House of Blues in Chicago, USA and since I've never been there before, I was looking for a seating chart just to see where I'm sitting. Sadly, there were no seating charts to be found. Does anybody know where I can find one?

I am very glad to say it will be held in my backyard !!!! LOL ...

I went to the location already and got a laminated pass and a mini poster, (see pics)...

As i looked on satriani.com I saw the tourdates till end of April for the USA. However, I have an infromation that he is coming to my home country (Bulgaria, which is in Europe) on the 8th of July.
I wanted to ask about other tour dates in Europe, especially Germany, as in the moment I am there and I would not be able to see him back home.
Does any of you have an idea how to find them?

Very small venue, not a bad seat in the house, and I got the left side of the stage also, about 12 rows back, for another $50 a piece I would of been 2 rows closer, not worth the extra 50.

Also got my JS strap in the mail today.

We are in the "mezzanine boxes" box 3, row 1.

I was a bit skittish about being close to the front, since I am taking a young lady who doesn't know much about Satch or his style of music.

Figured it might be a little too loud or intense, sitting near the stage. I really don't want to be pressured to leave early by someone who is overwhelmed...
