But i can't seem to find the mode/scale that satch uses in the song Hill Groove, in the melodi in the beginning. i've noticed that he uses this mode/scale alot! :)

He's using Mixolydian. C Mixolydian.

You can also hear it also in songs like Banana Mango(D) and Raspberry Jam Delta-V(B)...and really it's the chords are msotly just a vamp of C and C7 or otherwise.
