Here's mine, pretty much in order of favorite to least favorite:
Alex DeGrassi
Leo Kottke (I hate his singing, but he's got lots of instrumental tracks)
California Guitar Trio
Tommy Emmanuel
Stephen Bennet (plays harp guitar - close enough)
David Cullen

I forgot about Kaki King - I listen to her stuff quite a bit.

I like Kottke's more Tom Waits like singing, the deeper growly stuff he doesn't do as much as the higher stuff.
That said, if you EVER get a chance to see him in concert, do so. Not only is he a phenominal guitarist, he's also bar none the funniest person I've ever seen up on stage, stand-up comics included. I've only seen him once, but I could barely breathe my sides hurt so much from laughing when I left the theater.

and Andy Mckee (Driftin is a very skilfull track, and Rylynn is a really nostalgic ans sweet song)

Tommy Emmanuel.
Saw him live and the show was jaw dropping.
Just himself and his guitar.
