Hey Satch Nation!!! B) My friends call me Skillet... :rock2: I live out in California...I am one of the Mods over at "The Blues Jam Railway" and a friend of Axeshredder :party3: I am a guitar picker since 1977, have a rack of "AXES" 6 deep..( there's got to be a thread to show those off some where :rock2: ) ----> and the main reason we are here----> Mr.Joe Satriani :clap: :rock2:
I have been a fan since the first time I heard Surfing...in 87...at that time I lived in the San Fransisco area where at that time he was all the buzz in the local music scene.I still have the original CD of Surfing from 87 on Relativity Records...my first time seeing Joe was in a small night club San Jose Ca.in 92 though strangely enough...only a handful of people were there...
I am a fan...and a player who respects his art as being the Peak of guitar playing and believe he is a true stand up human! One of the greatest axe slingers of our time! :clap2: :clap2:
I also will be seeing him on Aug 18th in San Fran with my buddy Axeshredder!

Joe was in a great mood...really told some cool stories in between each song...great sense of humor... i had a great time with many other satch fans that i knew from the internet or a variety of forums...one guys telling me about a guitar player...and it was me...lol..instant friend..lol
