I pre-ordered my copy a few months ago, it hasn't been printed yet but they're hoping for a pre-Xmas release. It looks pretty cool, and the cd is a bonus! Apparently the first 500 (I think) people to pre-order get their name in the book too, I think I'll be in that lot somewhere.

Yeah, I'll eventually break down and buy it too - I'm totally addicted to background info about bands.
BTW, "Rap=Retards Atempting Poetry" - you might help your case if you spell "attempting" correctly :P, though I'd still disagree anyway. I love rap, but to each his own...
