the question is more like...is Love human or do all living things love...if its human...no, theres no love in space...if its all living things, then yes

obviously, the universe can't be that little....

But there is humans in space orbiting the earth so technically yes there is love.

its a proven fact that some animals morn the death of another..i think that can be defined as a clear expression of love thats not based on survival like sex etc.....which in turn makes love not only human but a trait of many living things...also i find it a trait of survival of ones kind...so my final answer is Yes
but if theres love..there hate and many other emotions that arent as cool

I think though alot of love things by humans have been created over time(by businesses, unless cave men used to buy their partners a diamond ring on an anniversary lol!) but the general basis of love exists in any social type animal.
