It's already growing on me. I want one :P . At first I didn't care for the finish/headstock combination, but now I'm starting to like it.

Me too haha! Does anyone know prices for the UK... And if any otehr JS models are going to be made obsolete!

You can get a price quote here. And man if only the finish on the headstock matched the body, that guitar would be a dream come true. :D

I believe that Ritch from Ibanez Rules has said that it has the exact same list price as the JS1200. It's starting to grow on me too.

the silver is old to me..lol it should have been an option on the 1000 and 1200 but i still wouldnt buy it.... this axe (js-100) plays awesome and the bridge stays in tune
Today I went to SamAsh and asked about the JS1600 and this employee (who was actually quite familiar with the JS Series) was talking about how Ibanez released their 8-string last January, and they didn't get any until last December. So he said it may take a long time to get the new JS, but maybe not as long as it took the 8-string. So basically he couldn't give me a time estimate. I wonder if you'd be able to order it online though.
