The original 540S - 6/12 twin neck came out in the late 80s
and there was a lot more than 50 as stated on the
ebay sale.
i think the later model was far more interesting with the
6 and 7 string neck set up.

wow, thats a nice guitar. does anyone know if ibanez are planning to make a double neck guitar anytime soon. i mean one that isn't a limited edition or anything.

there was a guy here in my town that had a 7/6 double neck.. it got stolen..shoul.d have been easy too find
