I wanted to know if any of you out there had heard of them or had one of them. They're supposedly a good exercise for the fingers, hands, wrists, arms and shoulders.

I got one recently and it's quite a nice work out and it's fun. The RPM Meter is addictive though. Always want to get the damn thing spinning faster and faster. Only time will tell if it will improve what they claim it improves :lol:

Yup they are good. I have had one since I was 15 or so, 5 years now :D

Hehe I managed to get loads of people buy one in my area for playing guitar. Worth the value too.

A friend of mine also has one. It is fun for a while in my opinion. :)

Well its for strengthing tendens (Spelling?) which improves playing but it take a few months to see progress IMO.

It becomes less fun over time but when you see guitar playing improve... totally worth it :P

it's like anything you have to exercice and that is something a lot of people don't enjoy much so we tend to leave it be and not do it

yea, for some kind of reason I had to CTRL-V CTRL-p (copy paste) something at work with me right hand and control the mouse with the left
.... and then i realised how much you can learn your muscles :)
